A Statement on COVID-19

The front of the Roundstone office building

We wanted to reach out and let you know what to expect from Roundstone during these unsettling times.

There are a lot of unknowns and we imagine COVID-19 is top of mind, especially concerning your healthcare benefits.

We want to assure you Roundstone is paying close attention to the situation.

Right now, we’re doing our best to stay informed and minimize risk to our employees as well as our clients.

Our senior executive team is monitoring the situation and keeping a close eye on government recommendations as well as the available information on the CDC website, local health officials, and WHO.

Currently, all Roundstone services and hours remain the same. This means that:

  • Claims will be processed and reimbursed.
  • TPA services will be administered.
  • Submissions will be accepted and underwritten.
  • Proposals will be released.
  • Policies will be issued and administered.

Rest assured Roundstone is working diligently to make sure that you don’t experience disruption with your health plan. While you focus on taking care of your family, yourself and business, we’ll focus on delivering an effective health plan as we always have.
