Founder & President
Michael A. Schroeder has served as President of Roundstone since 2005. Mike offers more than twenty-five years of management experience, and has a proven track record of building and leading fast-growing, innovative insurance businesses.
Prior to Roundstone, Mike served as Vice President and General Counsel for an insurance company while it transitioned into a NASDAQ listed AM Best A-rated insurer. He founded a medical malpractice underwriter and drove rapid growth prior to its acquisition. Mike also held senior executive positions with a worker’s compensation insurer, a non-standard auto insurer, and served as an associate of a Cleveland law firm.
A frequent speaker and author, Mike is known for his innovative thinking in the insurance industry. He received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tulane University.

Chief Innovation Officer
Beth joins Roundstone as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 25 years in operations management and consulting for high-growth companies. In her role as Chief Innovation Officer, Beth brings a passion for helping others grow and a systems mindset to our Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams. She works collaboratively across teams to facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Beth most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Tech Elevator, where she led the scaling of infrastructure and teams to support 50% year-over-year growth and a 95% employee retention rate. She was a founding leader of Vox Mobile, a technology services company focused on mobile innovation.
Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is proud of her “Midwest nice” roots in Michigan, Chicago, and now Cleveland, where she lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their 6-year-old shepherd mix. She loves reading novels, running, hiking, and traveling on summer weekends in the family RV.

Chief Innovation Officer
Chris comes to Roundstone from the Gertsburg Law Firm, where he was the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration. Prior to stepping into the COO role, Chris’ practice was focused on franchise law – counseling and advising both franchisors and franchisees throughout their respective business cycles.
Previously, Chris was the Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate United, Inc., one of the largest private sector group purchasing organizations. Chris oversaw all legal operations and drove efficiencies across teams. Before that he led all RFx events for KeyBank’s Corporate Real Estate department and negotiated third-party sourcing contracts across multiple lines of business for the bank.
Chris is an avid Cleveland sports and Seinfeld fan (Festivus, anyone?). He serves on the leadership team at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights and lives in Berea with his wife and children.

Chief Financial Officer
With an impressive career spanning 17 years in insurance accounting, Jonathan is a seasoned professional with leadership experience at some of the largest insurance companies in the country. His expertise in building high-performing finance teams and his forward-thinking approach to financial reporting are pivotal to Roundstone’s vision of continual growth and service excellence.
Jonathan’s role at Roundstone encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including overseeing the company’s financial operations, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and leveraging technology to lead strategic financial planning and reporting. His role is a critical component of Roundstone’s strategy to ensure our trajectory of record growth remains consistent and aligned with the values and needs of the clients we serve. Jonathan’s prior experience includes being an Assistant Controller for Geico, VP of Finance for the Kemper Corporation, and Assistant VP of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.

Chief Information Officer
Helen Simmons is a recognized technology and data strategist with proven, innovative thought leadership that drives AI-infused strategies for ROI-driven digital transformation.
As Chief Information Officer, Helen drives the modernization of the Roundstone’s IT operations, creating data strategies that align with business initiatives and support business growth. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare data, she drives organizational advancement through strategic partnerships, scalable technology solutions, and innovative problem-solving, while leading teams with a balanced understanding of business and technical objectives.
A native of Cleveland, Helen lives in Novelty, Ohio with her husband and her daughter. They enjoy spending time outdoors.

Chief Marketing Officer
Whitney is an accomplished marketing and brand leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth for top organizations. As Chief Marketing Officer at Roundstone, she leads the company’s brand strategy and marketing efforts with a strong focus on building brand awareness, driving demand, nurturing customer relationships, and building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Roundstone, Whitney served as Chief Marketing Officer at TalentLaunch, where she led brand strategy and communications for a $200 million portfolio of staffing and recruitment firms. Her leadership delivered a 35% increase in website traffic and significantly enhanced digital marketing performance. She has also held key roles at global brands like Nestlé and Target.
Whitney holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Chief Commercial Officer
Glenn brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience across global industrial and professional services organizations. As Chief Commercial Officer, he leads the performance, strategy, and development of the Sales Team.
For 15 years, Glenn worked at Rockwell Automation, ultimately serving as Global Business Manager. In that role, he was responsible for approximately $80 million in annual revenue and built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth. Most recently, Glenn spent a decade at Smithers. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he led global commercial strategy, sales execution, and marketing transformation.
Glenn holds an undergraduate degree in English from John Carroll University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Chief Operating Officer
Scott oversees the Claims, Underwriting, and Human Resources teams. In his role, Scott helps ensure operational excellence across the organization while supporting the teams that serve Roundstone’s clients and partners.
Scott brings a commitment to leadership, collaboration, and continued growth in support of Roundstone’s mission. He holds an undergraduate degree from Kent State University and his MBA from Tiffin University. Previously, he managed the operations of a growth-focused medical equipment repair business, growing the business until sale. Scott focuses on building strong internal systems that enable long-term success.
Outside of work, Scott is an avid college football fan and especially enjoys cheering on Ohio State.

Vice President of Customer Success
As an experienced health insurance professional, Jasmine has acquired a diverse skillset of experiences that include small, mid-size and large employer strategic initiatives, new business development, client management, market research, and product development.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Jasmine is responsible for facilitating ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the organization. She works closely with all internal business units, clients and advisors to ensure Roundstone’s vision for customer experience excellence strategically aligns with the expectations and goals, that contribute to a sustainable mutual relationship.
Jasmine received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
