The news is out–great culture builds great workplaces. Roundstone has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer, and we couldn’t be more thrilled or proud.
The Top Workplace award is solely determined on employee feedback via anonymous third-party survey administered by Energage LLC. This survey measures 15 culture drivers critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection to name a few.
Those culture drivers made Roundstone’s executive team take notice, as company culture has been a prime focus of the organization in recent years. We’ve always viewed employees as an asset and make strategic business moves based on what will benefit our folks, first and foremost. By focusing on four core values, we’ve aligned and empowered our employees to Live Well, Own It, Work Smarter, and Be Intellectually Curious- and the results clearly speak for themselves!

That great place to work has undergone a lot of transformation over the past two years. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, 100% of Roundstone employees pivoted to work 100% remotely. Since that time, we’ve returned to our office, where rapid growth and staffing expansion has presented the opportunity for flexible in-office rotations while our new office building is under construction. Now that’s a work-life balance.
