David has advised leaders and delivered life-changing presentations on six continents, with audiences ranging everywhere from FedEx, Toyota, MIT and global governments to the New York Yankees and the Department of Homeland Security.

Jessica DaMassa is the ‘it girl’ of health tech interviewing. She brings an enthusiastic, fun, charming style, a ton of knowledge, and plenty of tough questions to her hosting of conferences, shows, and interviews focused on health technology and the business of health innovation. Her current project, ‘WTF Health – What’s the Future, Health?’ is a YouTube interview series that has taken her around the world to literally ask everyone everywhere about the future of health – and WTF is wrong with it right now. With more than 1,000 interviews in seven years, Jessica is the ‘girl to know’ to meet the ‘who’s who’ of health tech, digital health, virtual care, and healthcare innovation. Jessica is a regular keynote speaker and panel moderator at the world’s leading health innovation conferences, she co-emcee’s Frontiers Health in Europe, and is also the host of ‘CVS Health Live’ an innovation series put out monthly by healthcare mega-brand CVS Health. Jessica got her start working on the innovation team at a BlueCross BlueShield plan. 

Lisa Durkin holds a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University. Starting in Cuyahoga County’s Office of Budget Management in 1997, she managed substantial budgets and grants. Lisa progressed to Fiscal Director for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections in 2004, where she improved campaign finance auditing. In 2007, she joined the Department of Human Resources, contributing to regional healthcare benefits. By 2010, Lisa played a key role in reforming County Government structure, and in 2011, became Director of Human Resources under County Executive Ed FitzGerald. She later advised the Cleveland Metropolitan School District on transitioning to an automated system and led Human Resources for Hiram College before joining The Cleveland Orchestra as Vice President, Human Resources. In 2021, she founded HR Assist LLC, offering HR services to organizations. Lisa volunteers in various social causes and lives in Bay Village, Ohio, with her two children.

As an equity and inclusion strategist, James works with leaders, schools, organizations, and individuals in the corporate, nonprofit, governmental, and academic sector to develop frameworks rooted in humility. The primary goal of this work is to assist others in building safe environments where everyone can thrive and bring their best selves. As an author, James has written three books, including his latest release, Heart: A Journey Toward Cultural Humility. This book is a manual and guide for any leader, student, or person looking to develop greater awareness and increase their emotional and cultural intelligence.

James has a passion for people and sees himself as a servant-leader. His personal mission is “education + empowerment = elevation,” and his number one goal in everything he does is to elevate those he serves through education and inspiration. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts from Oberlin College and a Master’s of Education and Doctorate of Education Leadership from Ashland University. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Social Justice, and Inclusion from the University.
