To that aim, last week in Arizona we welcomed a group of our top developing benefits advisors to join us at our second annual Roundstone University (RU) Boot Camp in Scottsdale, AZ.\u00a0 Our goal for this event is to bring newer advisors together with our leadership, sales, marketing, operations, underwriting, and customer experience teams to learn, network and collaborate\u2026and have some fun. In addition to a deep-dive education on our self-insured group captive solution, we hiked, golfed, and got to know each other better, enjoying great food and drinks throughout. It was a time to both socialize and learn about the benefits of a self-funded insurance plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Strong relationships breed success; our Boot Camp activities helped to build trust and rapport amongst us all. Thank you to all who attended RU Boot Camp 2023 in sunny (and chilly!) Arizona. Your insight and enthusiasm are inspiring. We left feeling energized and excited for the year ahead. As costs to traditional fully funded insurance continue to rise, the model of self-funded health insurance can truly be a lifeline to small to midsize businesses looking for an affordable solution for their employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We know the key to affecting positive change in health care is finding partners who do more than simply broker health insurance. We are looking for advisor partners who are as passionate as we are about standing with employers and employees in fighting against the status quo of the healthcare industry through a self-insured solution on the group medical captive model. It\u2019s a tall order but we are up for it.<\/span><\/p>\n
