Michael A. Schroeder has served as President of Roundstone since 2005. Mike offers more than twenty-five years of management experience, and has a proven track record of building and leading fast-growing, innovative insurance businesses.<\/p>\n

Prior to Roundstone, Mike served as Vice President and General Counsel for an insurance company while it transitioned into a NASDAQ listed AM Best A-rated insurer. He founded a medical malpractice underwriter and drove rapid growth prior to its acquisition. Mike also held senior executive positions with a worker\u2019s compensation insurer, a non-standard auto insurer, and served as an associate of a Cleveland law firm.<\/p>\n

A frequent speaker and author, Mike is known for his innovative thinking in the insurance industry. He received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tulane University.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t <\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As an experienced health insurance professional, Jasmine has acquired a diverse skillset of experiences that include small, mid-size and large employer strategic initiatives, new business development, client management, market research, and product development.<\/p>\n

As Vice President of Customer Success, Jasmine is responsible for facilitating ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the organization. She works closely with all internal business units, clients and advisors to ensure Roundstone\u2019s vision for customer experience excellence strategically aligns with the expectations and goals, that contribute to a sustainable mutual relationship.<\/p>\n

Jasmine received her Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t <\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Rob Hamilton has served as Executive Vice President of Sales for Roundstone since 2016. Rob maintains direct oversight of the sales team including <\/span>channel strategy<\/span>, pipeline <\/span>and product<\/span> development, recruitment, and training while maintaining an industry-leading client retention rate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rob offers over <\/span>25<\/span> years of executive sales leadership experience and P&L responsibility. Rob\u2019s expertise in the wholesale distributor market has proven invaluable in working with benefits advisors across the nation to expand Roundstone\u2019s footprint.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University. Originally from the Chicago area, Rob has lived in Cleveland, Ohio since 1999.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t <\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

With an impressive career spanning 17 years in insurance accounting, Jonathan\u00a0is a seasoned professional with leadership experience at some of the largest insurance companies in the country. His expertise in building high-performing finance teams and his forward-thinking approach to financial reporting are pivotal to Roundstone\u2019s vision of continual growth and service excellence. <\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jonathan\u2019s role at Roundstone encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including overseeing the company\u2019s financial operations, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and leveraging technology to lead strategic financial planning and reporting. <\/span>His role is a critical component of Roundstone\u2019s strategy to ensure our trajectory of record growth remains consistent and aligned with the values and needs of the clients we serve.<\/span> Jonathan\u2019s prior experience includes being an Assistant Controller for Geico, VP of Finance for the Kemper Corporation, and Assistant VP of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Having spent the majority of her career in Financial Services, Amy joined Roundstone to help accelerate our rapid and on-going year-over-year growth. A transformational leader, Amy brings over 20 years of experience to marketing strategy, organization, and execution. Amy\u2019s prior roles include executive leadership positions in marketing, corporate strategy and strategic planning, client experience, and executive communications across diverse organizations from start-ups to large, multi-national corporations.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Amy has a Master of Library and Information Science from Western University, and a Master of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. As Chief Information Officer, Helen drives the modernization of the Roundstone\u2019s IT operations, creating data strategies that align with business initiatives and support business growth. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare data, she drives\u00a0<\/span>organizational advancement<\/span>\u00a0through strategic partnerships, scalable technology solutions, and innovative problem-solving, while leading teams with a balanced understanding of business and technical objectives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Beth joins Roundstone as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 25 years in operations management and consulting for high-growth companies. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Beth brings a passion for helping others grow and a systems mindset to our Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams. She works collaboratively across teams to facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes.<\/p>\n

Beth most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Tech Elevator, where she led the scaling of infrastructure and teams to support 50% year-over-year growth and a 95% employee retention rate. She was a founding leader of Vox Mobile, a technology services company focused on mobile innovation.<\/p>\n

Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is proud of her \u201cMidwest nice\u201d roots in Michigan, Chicago, and now Cleveland, where she lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their 6-year-old shepherd mix. Chris comes to Roundstone from the Gertsburg Law Firm, where he was the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration. Prior to stepping into the COO role, Chris\u2019 practice was focused on franchise law \u2013 counseling and advising both franchisors and franchisees throughout their respective business cycles.<\/p>\n

Previously, Chris was the Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate United, Inc., one of the largest private sector group purchasing organizations. Chris oversaw all legal operations and
\ndrove efficiencies across teams. Before that he led all RFx events for KeyBank\u2019s Corporate Real Estate department and negotiated third-party sourcing contracts across multiple lines of business for the bank.<\/p>\n

Chris is an avid Cleveland sports and Seinfeld fan (Festivus, anyone?).
