Brian started Contractor Benefit Solutions after spending over 25 years in the benefits arena the last 14 years exclusively working with construction contractors, introducing and implementing prevailing wage plans throughout New England. Brian’s passion is providing educational scholarships through his annual charity golf tournament. He lives in Waltham with his wife and two boys. 

Tim Ott

Regional Practice Leader at Roundstone

Tim Ott serves as Regional Practice Leader responsible for business development in the states of MA, ME, NH, VT, RI, and NY. He joined Roundstone with 14 years of benefit industry experience including running his own agency and working for two benefit carriers. Tim’s desire is to be part of the solution that today’s health benefit marketplace desperately needs.

 

Tim is dedicated to solving complex insurance problems and helping advisors design exciting, new benefit solutions tailored to their clients. He partners exclusively with benefit advisors/brokers to create benefit packages that deliver turnkey solutions for small to mid-market size employers.

 

Tim and his wife are blown away by two amazing daughters and are both passionate fighters for the cause of helping to prevent the spread of human trafficking. Tim enjoys spending time with family, friends, anything outdoors and his latest, favorite sport, tennis.

Courtney Corcoran

Regional Director at Fringe
Benefit Group

Courtney Corcoran is the Regional Director for Fringe Benefit Group. An expert in prevailing wage compliance and fringe benefits she helps contractors reduce labor costs and stay compliant on government work. The Contractors Plan provided by Fringe Benefit Group has designed and administered bona fide benefit programs for open shop contractors for 40 years.

Brad Arnold

Vice President at Service Contractor Administrator

Brad is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Personal Finance. He joined SCA in 2012 and was promoted to Vice President in 2014. His management experience includes work in multiple industries, as well as his time as a sergeant in the US Army. Brad is familiar with many aspects of benefit plan administration; to include the sales, onboarding, and servicing of the PWCA SUB Plan.

 

He lives with his wife and two daughters in Columbus, Ohio
