HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
The health and safety of our MCF 2022 attendees is a top priority for Roundstone. We will be following the guidelines below to ensure that all attendees enjoy all that MCF 2022 has to offer:
Symptoms
All event attendees should self-screen daily for symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness. Attendees who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend MCF 2022.
Face Coverings/Masks
- Attendees who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear masks which fully cover the nose and mouth while in public areas.
- The COVID-19 level in Cuyahoga County / Cleveland, Ohio is currently low. Although masks are not required to be worn in public spaces, please wear a mask based on your personal preference.
Physical Distancing
Physical distancing parameters will be met through custom seating arrangements & designated distancing markers to fulfill all recommended guidelines.
Practice Healthy Habits
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.
- Attendees are encouraged to thoroughly wash their hands with soap.
Additionally, Hilton Cleveland Downtown has taken additional measures beyond their industry-leading cleaning standards by partnering with Reckitt, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop their Hilton CleanStay program. This innovation program builds upon their already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for their team members, increased cleaning of public areas and adjusted food & beverage service, to ensure their guests enjoy a worry-free stay.
